Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Monitoring Kinerja Cleaning Service Dengan Metode Agile Berbasis Web ( Studi Kasus: Pt Iss Indonesia )

Abstract

The process of monitoring and reporting cleaning service performance at PT ISS Indonesia still faces challenges because work activities and documentation of work results are mostly carried out manually through WhatsApp applications. This condition causes the process of collecting and compiling reports to require considerable time, creates the potential for data duplication, and makes it difficult for Supervisors to obtain work-related information quickly and transparently. This study aims to design and develop a web-based cleaning service performance monitoring information system that can support work recording, work documentation, work result validation, performance monitoring.The system development method used in this study is Agile, which enables the development process to be carried out iteratively through the stages of planning, design, development, testing, implementation, evaluation, maIntenance based on user requirements. The developed system provides features for work plan management, Daily Work input, work documentation upload, work validation by Supervisors, work status monitoring, damage reporting, damage report follow-up, and monitoring information for clients. The result of this study is a web-based information system that can support the monitoring and reporting process of cleaning service activities in a more structured, documented, and transparent manner. The implementation of this system enables information regarding work status, documentation, validation to be accessed more easily, thereby supporting the supervision and performance evaluation of cleaning service activities at PT ISS Indonesia.
