Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Point Of Sales (Pos) Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Agile (Studi Kasus: Warung Kelontong Erlis Pancoran Mas Depok)

Manual bookkeeping in micro retail businesses produces inaccurate transaction records, stock figures that no longer match the goods on the shelf, and slow financial reporting. This study designs and builds a web-based Point of Sales (POS) information system for Warung Kelontong Erlis in Pancoran Mas, Depok, to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy. Requirements were gathered through a literature review, observation of counter and stock-keeping activities, and an interview with the shop owner. The system was developed using the Agile method with the Scrum framework, modelled through UML, and implemented on the Laravel 10 framework with a MySQL database of fourteen tables. It provides nine functional modules connecting sales transactions, automatic stock mutation, supplier and purchase order handling, delivery tracking, expense recording, and reporting of sales, stock, and profit and loss for four user roles separated by segregation of duties. Black Box testing of 92 scenarios across nine functional units showed that every feature behaved as intended, including negative scenarios on validation and access rights. White Box testing using the basis path technique on nine core functions produced cyclomatic complexity of between 2 and 5, an average of 3.6, and 32 independent paths all traced successfully.
