Perancangan Sistem Informasi Kuliner Berbasis Web Terintegrasi Payment Gateway Midtrans Dengan Metode Agile (Studi Kasus : Ketan Juraganan)

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based culinary information system integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway at Ketan Juraganan using the Agile method. The previous ordering and payment process relied on direct ordering, cash or bank-transfer payments, and simple transaction records, resulting in slower service, possible recording errors, and limited real-time transaction information. Data were collected through observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation. Development was performed iteratively through requirement analysis, planning and design, development, testing, deployment, review, and improvement. The application was built using PHP, Laravel 12.54.1, MySQL 8.0, and Midtrans Snap. It provides menu and category management, shopping carts, checkout, online payments, order-status management, receipt printing, and transaction reports for four user roles: customer, administrator, cashier, and owner. Functional validation used Black Box Testing across 24 scenarios grouped into eight primary functions. All tested scenarios were successfully executed according to the expected results. The system therefore supports a more structured ordering process, expands digital payment options, and helps Ketan Juraganan manage transactions and operational information more effectively.
