Perancangan Sistem Informasi Inventory dan Produksi Kue Berbasis Web dan Mobile Menggunakan Metode Prototype (Studi Kasus: Raya Cakes)

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the home-based food manufacturing sector, such as Raya Cakes, still face operational challenges due to the manual tracking of raw material inventory and production reporting. The main problems that arise include the risk of physical data loss, inaccuracies in real-time stock monitoring, raw material measurement that relies on estimates, and slow operational reporting processes. To address these issues, this study aims to design and implement a dual-platform (Web Admin and Android Mobile) inventory and production information system. This study employs the Prototype method, which includes the stages of communication, quick plan & design, construction of the prototype, and delivery & feedback. The results of this study produced an integrated information system capable of monitoring critical stock thresholds (low-stock alerts) and automatically deducting raw material stock (automated background deduction) based on recipe formulas when the production process is inputted via an Android device. System testing using the Black-Box Testing method showed that all application functions and interfaces performed well and met users’ operational needs.
