Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Berbasis Website Dengan Metode Prototype Pada Workshop Goreklame

Abstract

Design of website-based accounting information system using prototype method at goreklame workshop. This final project aims to design and develop a web-based accounting information system (ais) using the prototyping method. The research was motivated by the existing manual operational systems for financial recording and inventory management, which were prone to human error, the risk of document loss, and reporting delays. The system was developed using the php programming language and a mysql database. The final outcome of this research is an integrated accounting application featuring automated profit and loss reporting, inventory management, and the recording of the cost of goods sold (cogs). Implementation of the system has proven effective in minimizing data errors, enhancing work efficiency, and accelerating the operational decision-making process.
