Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bimbingan Perkawinan Berbasis Web Dengan Integrasi Ai Chatbot Untuk Layanan Konsultasi Menggunakan Metode Prototype (Studi Kasus: Kua Marga Punduh Pesawaran)

Abstract

The administrative process for marriage counseling at the Marga Punduh Subdistrict KUA currently relies on manual methods, which result in long lines and hinder public access to information outside of operating hours. The design of a website-based management information system integrated with an AI Chatbot serves as a virtual assistant solution to modernize these services. Through a Prototype approach, the system is designed adaptively based on continuous evaluation and data collected from field observations, interviews, and in-depth literature reviews. The implementation of this digital platform enables the systematic automation of data collection for prospective couples while providing a responsive consultation channel available 24 hours a day. The digitization of these records and services creates bureaucratic efficiency that improves the quality of public services and strengthens institutional accountability in the era of digital transformation.
