Evaluasi Tata Kelola Sistem Aplikasi Runchise Restoran Medan Corner Menggunakan Framework Cobit 2019

The rapid development of information technology encourages companies to utilize information systems in operations, such as the Runchise application at Medan Corner Restaurant. This study aims to evaluate service management, analyze system solutions, resolve incidents, and analyze the monitoring process based on the COBIT 2019 framework using the APO09, BAI03, DSS02, and MEA01 domains. The methods used include interviews, observations, and questionnaires distributed to all user levels. Data analysis used the NPLF scale, Capability Level, and Gap Analysis. The results showed that the APO09, BAI03, and MEA01 domains achieved capability level 4 (Predictable Process), while the DSS02 domain achieved level 5 (Optimizing Process). A gap of 1 was found in APO09, BAI03, and MEA01, while DSS02 had no gap. In conclusion, IT governance in the Runchise application is well implemented but requires periodic monitoring and documentation.
