Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Percetakan Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Agile (Studi Kasus: Pt. Getsmart Production)

Abstract

The continuing growth of information technology has led businesses to use digital applications to make their operations more effective and efficient. At PT. GetSmart Production, printing orders are not yet managed within an integrated platform; information is still conveyed manually, order progress is difficult to trace, and sales reports take considerable time to prepare. This research develops a web-based printing-order information system through an Agile approach. The required information was obtained from direct observation, interviews, and a literature study. Black Box Testing was then applied to assess the system's functional performance. The application combines customer registration, category and product administration, order processing, payment-proof uploads, progress tracking, invoice creation, and sales reporting. Access is separated among Admin, Customer, and Owner roles. Testing confirms that the principal features produce outputs that match their functional specifications. Consequently, the application facilitates orderly data administration, quicker customer service, and the digital transformation of operations at PT. GetSmart Production.
