Perancangan Sistem Inventory Dan Export Kayu Menggunakan Metode Kanban Berbasis Website (Studi Kasus: PT. Muara Kayu Sengon)

The acceleration of information technology drives the wood manufacturing industry to digitally transform its operational governance to enhance competitiveness and efficiency. PT. Muara Kayu Sengon, a producer of processed wood and plywood, faces complex material stock management challenges. Key issues include manual log inventory monitoring that leads to stock discrepancies, unintegrated inter-divisional material request workflows, and a strong reliance on export brokers that erodes profit margins. This study aims to formulate an integrated web-based inventory and export marketing platform implementing the Kanban paradigm. The visual workflow board concept (To Do, In Progress, Done) is utilized to control Work In Process (WIP) and prevent operational bottlenecks. System architecture modeling was executed using UML, LRS, and ERD, then developed using PHP, MySQL, and Laragon. Evaluation results through Black-Box and White-Box Testing demonstrate that the platform effectively automates raw wood stock monitoring, streamlines internal communications, facilitates direct-to-buyer transactions, and provides transparent financial and operational reporting for management.
