Perancangan Sistem Pengelolaan Kegiatan dan Keuangan Warga Dengan Metode Rational Unified Process (Studi Kasus: RtT06/08 Kel. Serua Indah)

Abstract

Within the framework of governance, the Neighborhood Association (RT) is a community institution established through local agreement. To help create a prosperous community, good management is essential, particularly in terms of public services. One example is the financial management of the local RT, such as collecting resident dues and reporting income and expenditures. However, the problem is the lack of management to manage resident dues, which means that incoming funds are not recorded and residents cannot pay them. The purpose of this research is to create an RT financial management information system that can be accessed online. To develop this system, the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method was used, consisting of four main stages: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition. During the RUP stage, the processes of needs analysis, architectural design, feature development, and system testing and implementation were carried out in a structured and iterative manner. This research resulted in a web-based RT financial management information system. This system can be used by financial managers to better manage resident finances and allow residents to view their individual financial data or reports openly.
