Perancangan Sistem Layanan Resep Digital Dengan Structured System Analysis And Design Method (Ssadm) Pada Apotek Berkah Utama

Abstract

The prescription service at Berkah Utama Pharmacy is still supported by manual procedures, particularly in recording prescriptions and storing prescription documents. This condition may lead to recording errors, longer processing times, and difficulties when prescription information needs to be retrieved. This study aims to design a web-based Digital Prescription Service System that can support prescription processing and digital record management at Berkah Utama Pharmacy. The research applies the Structured System Analysis and Design Method (SSADM), which consists of feasibility study, requirement analysis, requirement specification, logical design, and physical design. Data were obtained through interviews, direct observation, and document review of the prescription service process. The system was designed using UML and database modeling and implemented using PHP Native and MySQL. The resulting system provides functions for user authentication, user data management, drug data management, prescription management, transaction management, and report generation. System functionality was evaluated using Black Box Testing involving 24 test cases. All tested functions produced the expected results, giving a success rate of 100%. The implementation provides a centralized digital environment for managing prescription data and supports a more organized prescription service process at Berkah Utama Pharmacy.
