Perancangan Sistem Informasi Reservasi Klinik Pt. Alldent Care Tangerang Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Agile-Scrum

The development of information technology has encouraged digital transformation in healthcare services. PT. Alldent Care Tangerang is a dental clinic that provides various dental and oral healthcare services. Based on observation and interviews, the reservation process still faces challenges, including limited information about doctor schedules, potential schedule conflicts, patient no-shows, and reservation data management that is not yet optimally integrated. This research aims to design a web-based clinic reservation information system that supports schedule information, online appointment booking, payment, and appointment information while assisting administrators in managing services, employees, schedules, and reservations. A qualitative research method was applied through literature study, observation, and interviews. The system was developed using Agile-Scrum consisting of Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. UML was used for system modeling, while PHP and MySQL were used for implementation. Black Box Testing was conducted on the main system functions. The results indicate that the tested functions operated according to the expected outcomes. The developed system provides a centralized platform to support more structured reservation and administrative processes.
