Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Perlengkapan Tari Berbasis Web dengan Metode Prototype pada Sanggar Tari Ragam Budaya Nusantara

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Dance Equipment Management Information System at Sanggar Tari Ragam Budaya Nusantara to support integrated equipment management processes. The problems encountered include equipment management processes that still require manual recording and data processing, resulting in information regarding equipment availability, condition, and usage history not being obtained quickly and systematically. The system was developed using the Prototype method with PHP Native as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and Bootstrap 5 as the interface support. The system provides three access roles, namely Admin, Staff, and Owner. The Admin is responsible for managing the main data, the Staff supports operational equipment and transaction management, while the Owner is responsible for monitoring information and reports as well as approving or rejecting procurement requests. The available features include dance equipment inventory management, incoming equipment, borrowing, returns, procurement requests, customer data, reports, and transaction history. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method by testing valid and invalid conditions for each function. The test results show that all test cases functioned according to the expected results, indicating that the system can support dance equipment management in a more structured and integrated manner and assist users in obtaining the required information and reports.
