Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Nilai Siswa Berbasis Website Dengan Metode Agile (Studi Kasus: Smk Jakarta Pusat 1)

Student grade management is a vital component of academic activities in schools, encompassing the processes of recording, calculating, verifying, and reporting learning outcomes. Based on observations at SMK Jakarta Pusat 1, grade management is still carried out using spreadsheet applications operated independently by each teacher, resulting in lengthy recapitulation processes, susceptibility to input errors, and difficulties in monitoring students' academic progress periodically. This research aims to design and build a Website-Based Grade Processing Information System using the Agile method. The system was developed using PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and Chart.js as the data visualization tool. The Agile method was chosen for its iterative and adaptive nature toward changing user requirements, in contrast to the majority of similar studies that still employ the Waterfall method. The system has four levels of access, namely Admin/TU, Teacher, Student, and Principal, with features including academic data management, grade input, attendance management, extracurricular grades, internship (PKL) data and grades, tiered grade validation, monitoring, report card authorization, and grade report presentation. The results show that the system is able to optimize the process of grade management and recapitulation, facilitate students' access to academic information, and support the principal in monitoring and authorizing grade reports. This system is expected to improve the effectiveness of student grade management at SMK Jakarta Pusat 1.
