Perancangan Sistem Informasi Monitoring Tanaman Hias Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Agile (Studi Kasus: PT. Intergreen Selaras)
Abstract
PT. Intergreen Selaras is a vendor company engaged in the management and maintenance of ornamental plants. In its operational activities, the monthly plant monitoring and replacement process is still carried out manually using calendar records and physical documents. This condition creates difficulties in monitoring replacement schedules, searching client data, and preparing activity reports. This study aims to design and develop a web-based ornamental plant monitoring information system to support client data management, plant replacement schedule monitoring, and integrated reporting. The system was developed using the Agile method because it can accommodate user requirements through an iterative and adaptive process. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. The development stages consisted of requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and review. The system was developed using PHP and MySQL with an interface based on HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. The results show that the system can support ornamental plant monitoring and replacement scheduling more effectively, accelerate client data retrieval, and facilitate the preparation and searching of reports. Black Box Testing indicates that the main system functions operate according to user requirements.
