Perancangan dan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Penjualan Diecast Online Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Agile Pada Toko HWstreet Diecast

Several operational obstacles still affect the sales activities of HWstreet Diecast Store, among them the manual recording of transactions, stock data that is not updated in real time, and the limited product information made available to customers. Such conditions often result in delayed information, recording mistakes, and reduced quality of customer service. This research is aimed at designing and building a web-based online sales information system for diecast products so that the efficiency of sales management can improve, customer transactions become easier, and administrators are better assisted in handling sales-related data. Agile was chosen as the system development approach, covering five phases: Planning, Design, Development, Testing, and Review. Data collection combined direct observation, interviews, questionnaires, and a review of relevant literature. PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap were used to build the system, with MySQL serving as the database engine. To verify that every function performed as required, the system was tested using the Black Box Testing technique. Findings indicate that the system enables customers to browse the product catalog, choose items, place them in a shopping cart, proceed through checkout, upload proof of payment, review their orders, and monitor order status. On the administrative side, the system supports the management of products, product categories, weight data, orders, customer records, payment confirmation, and sales reporting. Testing results confirm that the system's core features operate correctly in line with their intended purposes. Overall, this web-based sales information system offers a more effective and structured way to support HWstreet Diecast Store's sales operations and data management.
