The development of information technology requires educational institutions to manage academic data effectively and efficiently. Currently, SDN Rancagong 2 still manages academic data manually using paper documents and separate spreadsheet files for recording teacher data, student data, classes, lesson schedules, attendance, and grading, which often causes problems such as recording errors, data duplication, and delays in academic reporting. This study aims to design a web-based academic information system that integrates all academic processes to optimize school data management at SDN Rancagong 2. The system development method used is the Agile method with the Scrum framework, which focuses on an incremental, adaptive, collaborative, and flexible process toward changes in user requirements. The system architecture is modeled using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the application development is built using the Laravel framework version 13, Tailwind CSS framework for a responsive User Interface layout, and MySQL as the relational database. The result of this study is a system design and prototype of an integrated academic information system covering Master data, Student Affairs, and Academic groups, which is expected to improve the efficiency of school administration, facilitate data retrieval, summarize attendance and assessment records, and generate student e-report cards automatically, quickly, and accurately.
