Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Inventaris Barang dan Keuangan Berbasis Web dengan Metode Agile (Studi Kasus: CV Amerta Shakti Loka)

Abstract

Effective inventory and financial management are crucial factors in supporting a company's operational smoothness and business sustainability. However, at CV Amerta Shakti Loka, inventory data management and financial transaction recording are currently performed manually using simple bookkeeping methods. This situation often leads to fundamental issues, such as a high risk of recording errors, delays in preparing periodic reports, and inaccuracies regarding stock levels and cash flow. This research aims to design and develop an integrated, web-based inventory and financial management information system to enhance the company's operational efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. The Agile development methodology was adopted due to its high flexibility and ability to facilitate continuous communication and iterative evaluation between developers and users. Data collection was conducted through direct observation of company workflows, in-depth interviews with management, and a review of relevant operational documents. The results demonstrate that the designed web-based system successfully automates and streamlines the entire process of managing inventory data and financial transactions, accelerates the generation of real-time operational reports, and minimizes data entry errors. With this system, CV Amerta Shakti Loka is expected to improve operational management quality, optimize data transparency, and support faster, more accurate business decision-making.
