Rancang Bangun Sistem Manajemen Gudang Penitipan Berbasis Web dengan Metode Agile pada Gudang BC 39

Abstract

Warehouse BC 39 operates a goods storage and expedition service whose administrative activities were still distributed across paper records and simple spreadsheet-based tools. This condition created inconsistencies between warehouse staff and customers, delayed information delivery, and made stock monitoring more difficult as transaction volume increased. This study aims to design and build a web-based consignment warehouse management system that centralizes operational data and provides more timely information. Data requirements were obtained through direct observation, interviews with warehouse-related users, and literature study. System development applied an Agile approach through Planning, Design, Development, Testing, and Evaluation stages. The application was implemented using PHP 8.2 and MySQL, while system design employed UML and database modeling. The resulting system supports user and access management, product categories and units, consigned goods, stock movements, billing, delivery orders, reports, customer stock history, and goods-return requests. Functional verification using Black Box Testing covered 69 scenarios in 12 functional groups, and all scenarios produced the expected results. The system therefore centralizes warehouse records, provides role-based information access, and supports more structured monitoring of goods and operational transactions at Gudang BC 39.
