Effective and efficient administrative data management is a crucial aspect of supporting operations and improving governance quality in educational institutions. This research is motivated by the administrative data management issues at the Annajiyah Foundation, where student data, teachers and staff information, and incoming/outgoing correspondence are still handled conventionally and are not integrated into a centralized system. This condition potentially leads to human error, time-consuming data retrieval, and vulnerability to physical document loss or damage. This study aims to analyze the current administrative workflow and design a Web-Based Administrative Management System at the Annajiyah Foundation to accelerate services and enhance data accuracy. System development was conducted using the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method, which is highly suited for a single developer, through the phases of requirements, planning, design, implementation, system testing, and retrospective. The system was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, a MySQL database, and functional testing conducted via Black Box Testing. The result of this study is a web-based administrative management information system that simplifies data management, speeds up report generation, and improves the efficiency and security of digital, integrated data storage at the Annajiyah Foundation.
