Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Gudang Dan Donasi Menggunakan Metode Agile Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus: Pt Qupro Manajemen Indonesia)

Abstract

PT Qupro Manajemen Indonesia is an Event Organizer operating under the Edotainment concept, which simultaneously manages merchandise inventory and donation funds. Currently, logistics and donation management still rely on semi-manual recording using spreadsheets. The absence of a centralized system triggers human errors such as phantom stock, data processing inefficiencies, a lack of transparency for donors, and difficulties in tracing audit trails. This research aims to develop a web-based Integrated Warehouse and Donation Management Information System to resolve these issues. The system development utilizes the adaptive Agile methodology with Scrum framework, built with a procedural Native PHP architecture without frameworks (WebGudang), MySQL database, and Tailwind CSS. The system strictly implements a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for five managing entities. Its prominent features include supply chain management, physical receipt validation to prevent phantom stock, automated audit-trailed report generation into Excel, and real-time synchronization of public donation E-Receipts. Black Box testing results indicate that all operational features function validly. This implementation simplifies warehouse operations, improves inventory accuracy, and elevates the transparency of philanthropic institutions.
