Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penilaian Raport Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Waterfall

The report card assessment information system is used to support the management of student assessment data and report card preparation. At SMP Negeri 1 Legok, the assessment process is still carried out through several separate stages, so the management of assessment data and report card printing have not yet been integrated into a single system. In addition, access rights need to be assigned according to the duties and authorities of the Administrator, Subject Teacher, and Homeroom Teacher. This study aims to design and develop a Web-based Report Card Assessment Information System using the Waterfall method to support the input and management of student grades and report card printing. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system development used the Waterfall method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, Testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using PHP and MySQL and tested using Black Box Testing. The results show that the system can manage academic data, input and manage student grades, and print report cards based on user access rights. The test results indicate that the main system functions operated as expected and were declared valid. Therefore, the developed system can assist the assessment management and report card preparation processes in a more structured and integrated manner.
