PT Anugerah Karya Sekawan is an electrical contractor that still records and controls projects manually and separately across departments. This condition makes it difficult to monitor field progress, manage labor and materials, and prepare reports for management. As a result, project information is often delayed, less accurate, and difficult to trace comprehensively. This study designs an integrated web-based electrical project control system using the Waterfall method so that project data can be managed in a single application. Development was carried out through the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using the Laravel framework with a MySQL database. The research was conducted at PT Anugerah Karya Sekawan, Tangerang City, Banten Province, Indonesia. The resulting system includes project data management, work breakdown structure, recording and verification of field activities, labor and material resource management, and project reporting. With this system, management and field supervisors can monitor project progress in a more structured manner and obtain information more quickly and in an integrated way.
