Rancang Bangun (Hris) Berbasis Website Terintegrasi Presensi Geolocation Dan Pengelolaan Payroll Menggunakan Metode Rad (Studi Kasus : Pt Perkasa Abadi Logistik)

Human resource management at PT Perkasa Abadi Logistik still faces challenges in attendance and payroll processes. The use of fingerprint machines and paper attendance records makes data recapitulation time-consuming, creates opportunities for attendance fraud, and complicates the monitoring of employees working outside the office. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) integrating QR Code attendance, photo verification, GPS geolocation, and payroll management. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, consisting of Requirements Planning, Design Workshop, Implementation, and Cutover. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system was modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using PHP and MySQL. Black Box Testing was conducted to evaluate system functionality. The results show that the system supports integrated management of employee data, attendance, leave requests, payroll, performance evaluations, and company announcements while improving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in human resource administration.
