The advancement of information technology encourages companies to carry out a digital transformation in managing their human resources. PT Trimitra Propertindo needs a system that can efficiently, quickly, and accurately integrate all employee data management processes. The main challenge that the company faces is the ongoing manual process for tracking attendance, which often leads to delays, duplicate data, and difficulty in monitoring employees' activities in real time. Therefore, an integrated solution is needed to support the company's operational needs in a modern and sustainable way. This study aims to design a web-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) using the Agile method and includes features for real-time face recognition attendance and location tracking through geolocation. The HRIS application developed includes employee data management, payroll, leave, and an integrated attendance system to improve accuracy and reduce fraud. The Agile method is used to make sure the app development process happens in small steps, stays flexible, and can quickly adjust to changes in what users need. The system testing results using the Black-box method show that all the interface functions and application modules work well and meet the designed specifications.
