Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Berbasis Web Pada Mts Nurul Amin Menggunakan Metode Rad

Financial payment administration at MTs Nurul Amin was previously handled manually, causing fragmented records, time-consuming billing, potential recording errors and duplication, and difficulties in monitoring payment status and arrears. This study aims to design and develop a web-based payment information system that integrates student, class, academic-year, payment-category, billing, transaction, student-savings, and reporting data. A qualitative approach was used through interviews, observation, and documentation. System development adopted Rapid Application Development (RAD) through Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover. The system was modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the database was designed using a relational structure and Logical Record Structure (LRS). Implementation used Laravel, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Black Box Testing was applied to the main system functions. The results show that the system can automatically generate bills, support full and installment payments, use student savings balances for payment, display payment status in real time, and produce payment and arrears reports. All test scenarios listed in the thesis were reported as valid, indicating that the developed system functions according to the administrative requirements of MTs Nurul Amin.
