Perancangan Sistem Informasi Absensi Dan Penggajian Karyawan Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Agile (Studi Kasus:Pt.Inget Gue Creative Indonesia)

Abstract

Attendance and payroll systems are vital elements in human resource management. However, attendance and payroll processes at PT. Inget Gue Creative Indonesia are still conducted conventionally using physical documents, leading to recording errors, payroll delays, reporting difficulties, and inefficient historical data retrieval. This study aims to design a Web-Based Employee Attendance and Payroll Information System to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of HR data management.The system was developed using the Agile method with the Laravel framework, PostgreSQL database, and Vue.js, Inertia.js, and Tailwind CSS for the user interface. Key features include employee data management, QR Code-based attendance, payroll processing, report generation, and a real-time dashboard. The results show that the system successfully integrates attendance and payroll processes into a single centralized platform. System testing confirms that all features function properly according to user requirements, accelerating data processing, reducing payroll calculation errors, and simplifying historical record retrieval. Consequently, this system significantly improves the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of attendance and payroll management at PT. Inget Gue Creative Indonesia.
