Advancements in information technology encourage companies to adopt digital systems to improve the effectiveness of data management and Customer services. At PT Teknologi Informatika Solusindo, Customer data management, service records, and report generation are not yet fully integrated, leading to potential recording errors, delays in service handling, and difficulties in monitoring processes. This study aims to develop a WEB-based Customer IT Management Information System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which enables faster system development through the stages of planning, design, construction, and implementation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The results indicate that the developed system simplifies Customer data management, service monitoring, and report generation more effectively and efficiently. The implementation of this system is expected to improve service quality, accelerate operational processes, and support decision-making at PT Teknologi Informatika Solusindo.
