Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Reservasi Digital Tour & Travel Berbasis Web Dengan Metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) (Studi Kasus : PT. Adios Nawasena Group)

The development of information technology has encouraged the use of information systems in various sectors, including the tour and travel industry. PT. Adios Nawasena Group still handles reservations through WhatsApp and Instagram Direct Messages, so service information, reservations, data management, and reporting are not yet integrated. This study aims to develop a Web-based Digital Tour and Travel Reservation Information System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The system provides information on vehicles, airline tickets, and hotel rooms; independent reservations with date validation; Midtrans payments; reservation, vehicle, and ticket management by the Administrator; and monthly reservation and revenue reports for the Owner. The results show that the system supports digital reservations and verified payments, prevents negative numeric input, separates airline tickets from hotel rooms, and generates reports based on the selected period. The RAD method produced a system that meets the operational requirements of PT. Adios Nawasena Group.
