Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Arsip Digital Berbasis Website Dengan Metode Agile Scrum (Studi Kasus: Kel. Babakan, Kec. Setu, Tangerang Selatan)

The urban village is the smallest administrative unit below the district and plays a crucial role in providing direct services to the community. Babakan Village serves the daily administrative needs of its citizens, such as the issuance of reference letters. However, the service and archiving processes are still conducted manually using agenda books and physical filing cabinets, making document retrieval less efficient and prone to damage or loss. The letter application process also remains conventional, requiring the public to come in person to submit documents. This research aims to design and build a web-based digital archive service information system integrated with a database. The development method utilizes Agile with the Scrum framework, encompassing the stages of product backlog, sprint planning, sprint development, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The result of this research is a digital archive service information system capable of integrating administrative services and archiving centrally. This system assists employees in managing archives faster, facilitates citizens in applying for reference letters online, and enhances data security to minimize the risk of document loss.
