PT. Platindo Pusat Pelatihan is an event organizer that regularly holds training and technical guidance (bimtek) programs, yet its participant registration process still relies solely on WhatsApp, resulting in inefficiency when the number of registrants is high. Training certificates are also still issued physically, requiring considerable printing and distribution time and carrying a risk of damage or loss, while participant data is still managed manually and is thus prone to loss or leakage. This study aims to design a web-based training and technical guidance management information system that integrates online registration, electronic certificate (e-certificate) issuance, and centralized participant data management. Data were collected using a qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and documentation study, while the system was developed using the Scrum framework. The system was built using JavaScript/TypeScript with the Next.js frontend framework, Express.js backend framework, and PostgreSQL database. The results show that the designed system successfully enables participants to register independently online, provides a digital e-certificate feature that replaces physical certificates, and integrates participant data into a centralized, structured, and secure database. This system is expected to improve the efficiency of the training registration process, accelerate certificate issuance, and enhance the security of participant data management at PT. Platindo Pusat Pelatihan.
