The development of web-based information technology currently plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of operational data management across various modern industrial sectors, particularly in the culinary business. The Nineteen Jakarta Restaurant is a company operating in the food and beverage (F&B) industry that serves a wide variety of food and beverage menu items. In running its business operations, the main issue encountered is the calculation process of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), which still relies on manual spreadsheets, making it highly susceptible to human error. Furthermore, the absence of a centralized and integrated information system causes production cost data to be scattered across separate documents, alongside a lack of automated control mechanisms to handle market price fluctuations of raw materials. These conditions make it difficult for management to present accurate, flexible, and timely production cost information. As a solution to these fundamental problems, this study designs a web-based COGS calculation information system implementing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method was selected due to its capability to accelerate the analysis, design, and testing phases through intensive iterations. The results of this study demonstrate that the web-based system successfully replaces manual spreadsheets and provides fast, accurate, and real-time COGS information. Additionally, the new system proves effective in establishing a centralized and integrated production cost database while facilitating systematic raw material price updates to support more precise managerial decision-making.
