Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Spp Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) (Studi Kasus: Mi Al-haq)

Abstract

The creation of an online School Tuition Payment Information System (SPP) for MI Al-Haq is the main goal of this study. The SPP payment procedure, which is still done by hand, leads to a number of issues, including inadequate administration, possible recording errors, trouble retrieving payment history, and delays in informing parents or guardians. The goal of this study is to create an SPP payment information system that can enhance payment management through increased accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach is used, which includes user design, construction, implementation, and requirements planning. Payment and arrears reports, SPP rates and bills, payment and verification, receipts, notifications, and user and student data management are only a few of the capabilities offered by the system. All functionalities, including login, data management, bill creation, payment verification, and report production, operate in accordance with the stated functional criteria, according to the findings of Black Box testing. Therefore, it is anticipated that the created system will enhance MI Al-Haq's SPP payment administration's effectiveness, accuracy, and transparency.
