Perancangan E-Commerce Berbasis Website Dengan Strategi Aida Menggunakan Metode Prototype Di Toko Bunga Mbah Bibit

The sale of flower petals at Toko Bunga Mbah Bibit is still conducted manually, and the promotional methods used are limited, resulting in suboptimal marketing reach and transaction processes. This study aims to design and develop a website-based e-commerce system that can facilitate the sales process and improve promotional effectiveness using the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) strategy. The research method used is qualitative, involving observation, interviews, and literature study. Meanwhile, the system development method applies the Prototype approach, which allows direct interaction with users during the design and evaluation process. The developed system includes main features such as product management, online ordering, payment, and delivery tracking. The results of this study indicate that the e-commerce system can simplify transaction processes, expand marketing reach, and increase customer interest and trust. Therefore, this system can help improve sales effectiveness at Toko Bunga Mbah Bibit.
