Penalty Policy

Policy Description
Cancellation / Revision After Publication Authors requesting the cancellation of an article or any modification after the article has been officially published will be charged an administrative penalty of IDR 75,000 per article.
Applicable Changes This policy applies to requests involving:
  • Article cancellation
  • Title revision
  • Author addition or removal
  • Author name correction
  • Affiliation changes
  • Corresponding author changes
  • Content correction after publication
  • Metadata revisions requiring DOI or indexing updates
Purpose of the Fee The administrative fee covers publication management, DOI metadata updates, indexing synchronization, editorial processing, and archive maintenance.
⚠️ Authors are strongly encouraged to carefully review all manuscript information before publication. Any request submitted after publication may require administrative processing and will incur a penalty fee of IDR 75,000 per article.
